\n\t\t\t\tMunicipality of Marondera is inviting suitably qualified graduates to apply for the Monitoring and Evaluation(M&E) Graduate Trainee position. This opportunity is designed to build practical skills in results-basedmonitoring, evaluation, and learning to strengthen service delivery and accountability.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKey Responsibilities\u2022 Assist in the development and updating of M&E plans, log frames, and monitoring tools.\u2022 Collect, compile, and verify data from project\/program activities.\u2022 Support baseline, midline, and end line assessments as assigned.\u2022 Assist with data analysis, reporting, anddocumentation of results.\u2022 Contribute to performance review meetings and learning sessions.\u2022 Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annualM&E reports.\u2022 Maintain organized records of indicators, evidence, and monitoring findings.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tMinimum Qualifications\u2022 A Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related field is a must.\u2022 Must have completed studies and be eligible for graduate trainee program\u2022 Strong interest in development planning, evidence-based decision-making, and performance-basedmanagement.\u2022 Must be below 26 years of age.\u2022 No criminal record.Required Competencies.\u2022 Good computer literacy in MS Office, Excel and SPSS, a must.\u2022 Strong communication and report writing skills.\u2022 Basic understanding of results-based monitoring and evaluation.\u2022 Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.<\/p>\n
