\n\t\t\t\tTechVista Academy, a new and exciting technology-based school in Harare, is looking for a dedicated and technically competent Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022 Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns\u2022 Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels\u2022 Design marketing materials like flyers, catalogues, banners and advert artworks.\u2022 Maintain the school website(good working knowledge of WordPress required) and update as and when required.\u2022 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals and KPIs\u2022 Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights\u2022 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies\u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience\u2022 Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points\u2022 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners\u2022 Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.\u2022 Research advertising trends and competitors\u2019 pricing and services\u2022 Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests\u2022 Participation in non-digital marketing initiatives from time to time<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022 Degree in Electronic Commerce, Digital Marketing or Business Studies & Computing Science\u2022 Proven working experience in digital marketing\u2022 Demonstrable experience dealing with SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and\/or display advertising campaigns\u2022 Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate\u2022 Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels\u2022 Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)\u2022 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking\u2022 Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement<\/p>\n
