\n\t\t\t\tZimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University (ZEGU) is inviting suitably qualifiedpersonnel to fill in the following post:<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\uf0b7 Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts\uf0b7 Banking and follow-up of bank documentation sent to the bank\uf0b7 Ensure that reimbursements are made according to pre-arranged timelines in atimeous manner\uf0b7 Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment\uf0b7 Processing payments, receipts and journals in SAGE\uf0b7 Preparing monthly invoices and other documentation for reimbursements andrequired trackers according to set timelines\uf0b7 Charging of student accounts as per the fees ordinance\uf0b7 Verification of charges on students accounts ledgers after charging\uf0b7 Ensuring that adjustments to students Ledgers are prepared as per laid downregulations.\uf0b7 Reconciliation of the student Debtor control account\uf0b7 Clearing students before registration and results collection\uf0b7 Capturing staff fees exemptions\uf0b7 Allocation of sponsorship Funds to student ledgers\uf0b7 Reconciliation of accounts for the year-end procedures\uf0b7 Management of the student debtors<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tRecently qualified professional\uf0b7 Minimum qualification \u2013 HND\/Accounting or Finance Degree\/Part C CIS\/Part BACCA\/CIMA\uf0b7 At least 1year working experience in accounting and financial administration\uf0b7 Experience in the use of computers and office software packages (MS Word,Excel, etc\uf0b7 Experience in accounting software, preferably Pastel Evolution; Fluency in English\uf0b7 Excellent administrative skills\uf0b7 A flexible and adaptable approach to work<\/p>\n
