\n\t\t\t\tApplications are invited for the GRADUATE TRAINEE: PRODUCTION position within Baker’s Inn Retail – Northern Region, Harare.Programme OverviewThis is a structured graduate trainee programme designed to develop high-potential individuals into capable production professionals within a fast-moving food manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will rotate across key production functions under the mentorship of experienced supervisors and managers.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tJob Responsibilities:The Graduate Trainee will be exposed to and will support the following functions:\u2022 Production planning, scheduling and shift operations.\u2022 Quality control, yield monitoring and waste management.\u2022 Raw material handling and inventory management.\u2022 Equipment operation, maintenance awareness and downtime reporting.\u2022 Adherence to HACCP, GMP and food safety standards.\u2022 Production reporting, data capture and performance tracking.\u2022 Cross-functional coordination between production, quality and supply chain teams.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tQualifications and ExperienceThe ideal candidate should be in possession of the following minimum qualifications:\u2022 Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Production Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.\u2022 Graduated within the last 2 years.\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\u2022 Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.\u2022 Good communication and interpersonal skills.\u2022 High level of initiative, attention to detail and willingness to learn.<\/p>\n
