\n\t\t\t\tWe are seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Front of House & Events Manager to oversee restaurant front-of-house operations while managing private events, VIP experiences, and special functions.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tFront of House Operations \u2022 Manage daily front-of-house restaurant operations \u2022 Supervise hosts, waitstaff, bartenders, and reception personnel \u2022 Ensure excellent guest service standards are consistently maintained \u2022 Coordinate table seating, reservations, and guest flow \u2022 Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution \u2022 Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation of dining areas \u2022 Conduct opening and closing operational checks Events Management \u2022 Plan, coordinate, and oversee restaurant events and functions \u2022 Manage VIP dining experiences, corporate events, private dinners, and special occasions \u2022 Liaise with clients regarding event requirements and expectations \u2022 Coordinate event timelines, seating plans, menus, d\u00e9cor, and entertainment \u2022 Work closely with chefs, suppliers, DJs, decorators, and service teams \u2022 Ensure smooth execution of events from setup to breakdown \u2022 Conduct event briefings with staff before functions \u2022 Monitor event quality and guest satisfaction throughout service Team Leadership & Staff Management \u2022 Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate FOH staff \u2022 Create staff schedules and allocate duties \u2022 Ensure staff grooming, professionalism, and punctuality \u2022 Conduct pre-service and pre-event briefings \u2022 Build a positive and high-performance work culture Guest Experience & Customer Relations \u2022 Personally welcome VIP guests and event hosts \u2022 Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business \u2022 Ensure memorable fine dining and event experiences \u2022 Gather guest feedback and implement improvements Operational & Administrative Duties \u2022 Monitor operational costs and event budgets \u2022 Assist with stock control and inventory management \u2022 Prepare event reports and operational summaries \u2022 Coordinate with marketing teams on promotions and event campaigns \u2022 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tDiploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management, or related field Minimum 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, or events management Fine dining and luxury hospitality experience is an advantage Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and work under pressure Professional appearance and presentation Experience with reservations and POS systems<\/p>\n
