PROJECT MANAGER \u2013 ICT \u2013 LEVEL 7 (2 POSTS)<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKey Responsibilities\u25aa Lead and support enterprise ICT and digital transformation initiatives aligned to ZIMRAstrategic objectives and modern tax administration requirements.\u25aa Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and closure of ICT projects and programmes.\u25aa Develop and maintain key project management artefacts, project plans, budgets, riskregisters, issue logs and benefits realisation reports.\u25aa Define project scope, validate functional and technical requirements and overseefeasibility assessments.\u25aa Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment between ICT initiatives andbusiness strategy.\u25aa Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to approved financialallocations.\u25aa Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; escalate enterprise-level risks whererequired.\u25aa Enforce quality assurance standards and ensure compliance with governance, audit andregulatory requirements.\u25aa Lead organisational change management initiatives to support the successful adoptionof new systems.\u25aa Prepare executive-level reports for Project Boards, Steering Committees and ICTleadership.\u25aa Ensure projects contribute to digital transformation objectives, revenue enhancement,operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.\u25aa Implement governance controls, operational standards, audit requirements andcompliance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO\/IEC 27001, NIST and ICT policy.\u25aa Mentor graduate trainees, junior analysts and technical teams while promotingknowledge sharing and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tJob Skills and Competencies\u25aa Strong understanding of enterprise ICT governance, cybersecurity, digitaltransformation and tax administration environments.\u25aa Knowledge of enterprise governance frameworks including COBIT 2019, ITIL 4, ISO\/IEC27001, NIST CSF, GDPR and data protection legislation.\u25aa Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and operational risk management capability.\u25aa Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary, high-pressure and mission-critical environments.\u25aa Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, technical reporting andpresentation skills.\u25aa Strong understanding of enterprise systems integration, operational resilience, auditreadiness and compliance management.\u25aa Ability to manage priorities, support operational excellence and drive continuousimprovement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience\u25aa Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Studies, orrelated discipline\u25aa Minimum 5+ years\u2019 experience in ICT and business environments.\u25aa At least 3 years leading enterprise-scale ICT projects.\u25aa Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, project governance and benefitRealisation.\u25aa PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile Certification(e.g., PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) or any Project Management Certification<\/p>\n
