BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER \u2013 ICT – LEVEL 7 (1 POST)<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKey Responsibilities\u25aa Align ICT initiatives with enterprise strategy and validate business requirements.\u25aa Oversee ICT project portfolio prioritisation, planning and resource allocation.\u25aa Supervise Business Systems Analysts and Business Process Improvement Analysts.\u25aa Coordinate stakeholder engagement and ensure effective communication between ICTand business units.\u25aa Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, audit requirements and regulatorystandards.\u25aa Oversee risk management, quality assurance and continuous improvement across ICTprojects.\u25aa Lead change management initiatives to support the adoption of ICT systems.\u25aa Monitor ICT vendor performance, manage contracts and ensure SLA compliance.3\u25aa Ensure proper documentation of requirements, processes and governance artefacts.\u25aa Support digital transformation initiatives by aligning systems and business processes.\u25aa Mentor graduate trainees, junior analysts and technical teams while promotingknowledge sharing and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tJob Skills and Competencies\u25aa Ability to align ICT initiatives with organisational strategy and drive business-focused digital transformation.\u25aa Strong knowledge of ICT governance, regulatory compliance, audit requirements andrisk management frameworks.\u25aa Proven capability to oversee ICT project portfolios, prioritise initiatives and manageresources effectively.\u25aa Skilled in business requirements analysis, process optimisation and the implementationof efficient business solutions.\u25aa Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to buildstrong ICT-business relationships.\u25aa Demonstrated leadership experience in supervising teams, driving performance andfostering continuous improvement.\u25aa Ability to manage ICT project risks, ensure quality standards and support governancebest practices.\u25aa Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and support successful adoptionof ICT systems.\u25aa Experience in managing ICT vendors, contracts and service level agreements to ensureoptimal service delivery.\u25aa Strong understanding of enterprise ICT systems, emerging technologies and digitaltransformation initiatives.\u25aa Strong knowledge of ICT governance frameworks (COBIT 2019, ITIL, ISO standards)\u25aa Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and operational risk managementcapability.\u25aa Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary, high-pressure and mission-criticalenvironments.\u25aa Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, technical reporting andpresentation skills.\u25aa Ability to manage priorities, support operational excellence and drive continuousimprovement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience\u25aa Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Studies, orrelated discipline\u25aa Minimum 5+ years\u2019 experience in ICT and business environments.\u25aa At least 3 years leading Business Relationship Management.\u25aa At least one relevant professional certification aligned to the role specialisation andenterprise ICT governance requirements. (Certified Business Relationship Manager(CBRM) Project Management Professional (PMP) \/ PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITILCertification2, COBIT 2019 Certification and any other relevant professionalcertification.)<\/p>\n
