\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKey Responsibilities \u25aa\tLead the design, development, testing and deployment of secure, scalable integration, mobile and web application systems. \u25aa\tOversee system changes, ensuring proper documentation, governance and compliance with change management processes. \u25aa\tEnforce coding standards, quality assurance practices and continuous improvement across development teams. \u25aa\tDrive innovation through new system enhancements, proof-of-concept initiatives and emerging technologies. \u25aa\tEnsure compliance with regulatory, security and data protection standards (e.g., Data Protection Act, ISO\/IEC 27001, tax laws). \u25aa\tManage risks, internal controls and system integrity, including configuration and version control processes. \u25aa\tDirect project execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements. \u25aa\tLead incident and service request management, including monitoring trends and improving system performance. \u25aa\tDrive organizational change initiatives and adoption of new technologies and processes. \u25aa\tMentor and develop technical teams, fostering knowledge sharing and capability building. \u25aa\tPromote secure development practices and ensure implementation of application-level security controls<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tJob Skills and Competencies \u25aa\tStrong experience in API development and integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and enterprise integration patterns (e.g., ESB, Kafka, RabbitMQ). \u25aa\tProficiency in frontend web development using modern frameworks (Angular, React, Vue). Experience in mobile application development (Android, iOS, Flutter, or React Native) with backend\/API integration. Solid understanding of API design, security (OAuth2, JWT), gateways and versioning. \u25aa\tExperience integrating with third-party systems (e.g., financial systems, payment gateways, SSO platforms). \u25aa\tStrong knowledge of application security, secure coding practices, encryption and OWASP standards. \u25aa\tFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices. Qualifications and Experience \u25aa\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, ICT, or a related field. \u25aa\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience in enterprise software application development. \u25aa\tAt least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within an ICT environment. \u25aa\tProfessional certification in Java, C#, .NET, Spring, or an application integration platform (required). \u25aa\tICT governance certification is an added advantage. \u25aa\tMust be a self-starter with ability to work under pressure and beyond stipulated hours \u25aa\tStrong communication and presentation skills along with the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment. \u25aa\tAbility to work with minimum supervision.<\/p>\n
