\n\t\t\t\tApplications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the above position which is based at Victoria Falls Pharmacy under Parksmed Investments division. The incumbent will be reporting to the Pharmacy Manager.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tWork independently in the designated area of the pharmacy \u2022\tSell of over the counter (OTC) medicines, front shop, cosmetics and other related products.\u2022\tHandling of sales, cash payments and transactions.\u2022\tMaking sure there is smartness and order in the pharmacy i.e. free from dirt, cleaning and dusting\u2022\tHelps the pharmacist in noting stock outs and noting down products that need to be replenished\u2022\tEnsure all day to day inventory transactions (stock cards and inventory reports) are updated on a real-time basis with accuracy.\u2022\tTo control and document the receipt, handling, storage and pick up of medicines making sure there is observance of (FIFO\/FEFO) rule\u2022\tAbility to do stocktake\u2022\tAbility to receive stock on Dispenseware software\u2022\tHelps the Pharmacy Manager in preparing budget for the Pharmacy.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\t5 Ordinary level subjects,\u2022\tCertificate in Dispensary,\u2022\tNational Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology is an added advantage,\u2022\tAt least five years working experience in a similar or related position,\u2022\tA sound understanding of Retailware and Dispenseware, \u2022\tA good understanding of over the counter medicines, storage and handling of pharmaceutical products in retail pharmacy,\u2022\tGood customer service, hard work and trustworthy are required attributes.<\/p>\n
