\n\t\t\t\tApplications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill in the above position that has arisen in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate patient billing in line with the hospital policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tPrepare and process patient bills accurately and timeously. \u2022\tCapture and reconcile patient charges. \u2022\tLiaise with clinical departments to verify procedures, consumables and medications charged. \u2022\tEnsure compliance with hospital billing procedures. \u2022\tAttend to patient and client billing queries professionally. \u2022\tPrepare billing reports and assist with revenue reconciliation. \u2022\tMaintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tRegistered General Nurse qualification. \u2022\tCurrent practicing certificate. \u2022\tExperience in hospital billing is an added advantage. \u2022\tStrong understanding of clinical procedures and hospital charging systems. \u2022\tStrong numerical and analytical skills. \u2022\tHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail. \u2022\tGood communication and interpersonal skills. \u2022\tAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines. \u2022\tComputer literacy and familiarity with hospital information systems.<\/p>\n
