\n\t\t\t\tWe are looking for disciplined, ambitious, and hardworking young individuals who have completed A Level or O level and are passionate about building a career in Sales and Business Development.This is a structured training position designed to develop future sales professionals through hands-on field experience, system-driven sales processes, and performance-based growth.Strictly, no degree required. We are looking for attitude, discipline, confidence, and willingness to learn.Purpose of the Role<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and travel promotions.* Help create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, presentations, and travel packages.* Assist with customer engagement, inquiries, and client communication.* Promote travel packages and services to potential clients.* Support the sales team in generating leads and converting inquiries into bookings.* Conduct market research on travel trends, destinations, and competitors.* Assist with partnerships, collaborations, and promotional events.* Help maintain brand consistency across all communication platforms.* Prepare weekly reports on marketing and sales activities.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t* Aged between 25\u201335 years old.* Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Marketing, Business, Tourism, Communications, or related field.* Previous sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.* Passion for travel, marketing, and sales.* Creative thinking and attention to detail.* Good organizational and time management skills.* Basic knowledge of social media and marketing trends.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva is an advantage.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.<\/p>\n
