Job Description
\n\t\t\t\tApplications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the post of Training Administrator that has arisen within the Standards Association of Zimbabwe. Purpose of the job is to administer standards-based trainings, update and maintain training documentation and carry out the administrative activities within the Training Section.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tCoordinate training schedules and logistics, ensuring timely delivery of training programs. \u2022\tManage training venues, equipment, and resources. \u2022\tCoordinate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth training delivery. \u2022\tPrepare and update training documentation including, procedures, monthly reports, weekly training schedules and training material \u2022\tPrepare quotations for clients \u2022\tPromote upcoming course to new and existing clients \u2022\tEnsures that invoices are submitted to the Finance department before the end of the month \u2022\tAssist in the preparation of Management Review Meetings \u2022\tKeeps all minutes\/resolutions of the Management Review and maintains records thereof<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tDegree in Training\/Administration \/Marketing or related field \u2022\tTraining in management systems series of standards \u2022\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience \u2022\tAbility to training is an added advantage<\/p>\n
