\u2022\tsecuring orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-basedapproach.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tExplain products and services to existing\/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\t\uf020Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory\/market segment to generate new business for the organization\u2019s products\/services\u2022\t\uf020Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.\u2022\t\uf020Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.\u2022\t\uf020Develops clear and effective written proposals\/quotations for current and prospective customers.\u2022\t\uf020Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.\u2022\t\uf020Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.\u2022\t\uf020Analyzes the territory\/market\u2019s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers\u2019 value to the organization.\u2022\tCreates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.\u2022\t\uf020Identifies advantages and compares organization\u2019s products\/services.\u2022\t\uf020Plans and organizes personal sales strategy<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tDegree\/Diploma in Sales and\/or Marketing \u2022\tMinimum of 1 year experience in ICT Sales\u2022\tICT Qualification is an added advantage\u2022\tGood understanding of Computer network products\u2022\tStrong attention to detail\u2022\tBe familiar with Microsoft Office\u2022\tGood Communication Skills\u2022\tAbility to build good customer relations<\/p>\n
