\n\t\t\t\tApplications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the post of BANCASSURANCE AGENT, which has arisen within Individual Life Business at ZB Life Assurance Limited. Successful candidates will be deployed in various ZB Service Centres countrywide. Purpose of the Job To market, procure and service good quality Life Assurance Business<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tThe Job Entails: \u2022 Selling Individual Life Insurance products\/solutions to ZB Bank clients and other customers.\u2022 After sales customer service.\u2022 Scanning the environment for new business opportunities.\u2022 Maintaining sound and favorable public relations between the Organisation and communities served<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tQualifications\u2022 2 \u201cA\u201d Level passes, Or,\u2022 A Diploma\/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or equivalent.\u2022 Aged between 25 and 45 years.\u2022 Certificate of Proficiency in Long Term Insurance will be an added advantage.\u2022 Previous sales experience will also be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Skills Required \u27a2 Ability to work with minimum supervision.\u27a2 Self-motivated with a passion for results.\u27a2 Good planning, organizing and time management skills.\u27a2 Good personal grooming.\u27a2 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.\u27a2 Computer literacy (spreadsheets, word processing and internet navigation).<\/p>\n
