Requirements
Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction or crushing plant and aggregate operations, including mine or site management.
Proven experience managing crusher plants and aggregate production operations.
Demonstrated ability to increase production output, manage clients and expand operations.
Strong background in plant maintenance management, including coordination with mechanical teams and contractors.
Experience in budgeting, costing, forecasting and overall site financial control.
Proven capability in managing large teams (operators, artisans and support staff).
Knowledge of mine health and safety regulations and experience engaging with regulatory authorities.
Strong understanding of production equipment and processes.
Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities and work in demanding site conditions.
