Requirements
Experience in the operation, supervision and maintenance of crushing and screening plants.
In-depth knowledge of Metso and Volvo equipment, including auto electrical knowledge.
Proven ability to plan, coordinate and monitor production activities to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills, including both mechanical and hydraulic systems.
Sound knowledge of plant maintenance planning, preventive maintenance systems and breakdown management.
Ability to identify and resolve production and mechanical and electrical issues timeously.
Experience in team supervision, shift planning and safety compliance within a mining or quarry environment.
Formal qualification as Auto Electrician.
Must be able to work independently, under pressure and in remote site conditions.
