Key Responsibilities
Facilitate user acceptance testing, process mapping, data migration, and system configuration activities to ensure successful deployment.
Provide ERP training and support to Botswana-based employees, supervisors, managers, and administrators.
Monitor ERP utilization and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
Develop and maintain ERP user manuals, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
Lead the transfer and embedding of Huaye Group’s organizational culture, performance standards, operational discipline, safety ethos, and productivity management practices.
Facilitate workshops, orientation programs, and management coaching sessions to promote alignment with group values and expectations.
Support leadership teams in implementing a high-performance culture characterized by accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Promote effective cross-cultural collaboration between expatriate and citizen employees.
Develop and implement structured localization and knowledge transfer plans for ERP systems, management processes, and business operations.
Coordinate mentorship and coaching programs between expatriate specialists and citizen employees.
Monitor localization milestones, competency development, and succession readiness across key functions.
Prepare periodic reports on localization progress, skills transfer outcomes, and capability-building initiatives.
Support the development of sustainable citizen-led business processes and systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
A postgraduate qualification in Change Management, Organizational Development, ERP Systems, Business Transformation, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
