Key Responsibilities

Lead/assist negotiations, shop-floor engagement, and consultative forums.
Manage grievances, disciplinary cases, Conciliation, Mediation and Abritration processes as applicable.
Training, Coaching supervisors on IR procedures; maintain case records and metrics.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in IR/HR/Law; 7+ years IR in unionised sector.
Strong mediation, investigation, and documentation skills.
Botswana labour legislation knowledge; Setswana/English fluency.
