Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and Sanitation: Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment routinely
Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen and scullery area clean and organized, dispose of rubbish and maintain hygiene standards
Assist with cleaning floors, counters, food preparation areas and help kitchen staff with basic duties when required
Ensure all cleaning materials are used safely and properly and also follow health and safety regulations at all times
Waste Management: collecting ,emptying ,cleaning trash bins and disposing refuse from all kitchen areas.
Supplies Management: Storing dishes ,utensils and equipment in designated areas and stocking service stations
Assistance : Assisting chefs with basic food preparations ( e.g peeling vegetables ) and helping unload deliveries

Requirements

Education: Cambridge certificate
Previous scullery or kitchen cleaning experience is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required
