Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
Accounting Operations:
Process and verify financial transactions, including invoices, expense reimbursements, and bank statements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulations.
Assist with audit preparations and internal control evaluations.
financial analysis
Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
Develop recommendations for improving financial performance and efficiency.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
About You
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and above in Accounting. education or certification in finance administration is a plus.
More than 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the textile industry or corporate accounting department.
Previous work experience in textile sector is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and organized
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Requirements
Proficient in peach-tree software
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
