Akmase Import and Export

AKMASE Import Export is seeking a qualified and experienced HR and Admin Officer to oversee human resources and administrative functions. The successful candidate will ensure efficient HR operations, compliance with policies, and smooth administrative support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation processes
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
Coordinate training and staff development activities

Administration

Oversee office administration and daily operations
Manage office supplies, assets, and service providers
Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documentation
Support management with scheduling, meetings, and logistics
Ensure proper filing and document control systems

Salary: As per the organization salary scale

About You

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in HR and administrative roles
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
Knowledge of the ERP system.
