We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior/Graduate-Level Project Assistant to support our project management team. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines are met, and providing administrative and operational support. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to build a career in project management, offering opportunities for professional growth and learning.
Scope of work
The selected individuals will serve as members of the project team and support consultancy, training, certification, and project implementation activities. Their responsibilities will include conducting research for sales and marketing initiatives; assisting in the preparation, delivery, and coordination of training programs and certification services, including examination administration; and providing administrative, documentation, coordination, and communication support. They will also carry out any other related tasks and assignments as required by the Project Management Office (PMO)..

About You

Qualification

BSc. in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management (CoTM), Business Management, Marketing Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.

Work Experience

0 -2 Years

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency of Language : English (Reading & Writing)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of project management principles
Communication Skill: Writing & Presentation Skill
Knowledge and experience in any of the following areas is a Plus: graphic design, project management, engineering software, website development, and digital marketing
