Job Description
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team
Set sales targets and ensure team members work toward achieving them
Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide feedback
Motivate, coach, and guide sales staff to improve productivity
Train new sales employees on products, selling techniques, and company policies
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints when needed
Maintain strong relationships with key customers
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
Enforce company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices
Attend meetings and communicate sales updates to management
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Perform other duties related to sales as assigned by management
About You
Sales Agronomist Skills and Qualifications:
BSC degree in plant Science, Horticulture & Related Field
More than four years of experience on.
Knowledgeable in certificate registration and E-service system operations
solid communication skills, both written and verbal; organizational skills; planning skills; analytical skills; critical thinking skills; problem-solving skills; computer skills; multi-tasking abilities; integrity, honesty.
Fluent (written and spoken) English
