Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to hotel standards.
Create classic and signature cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency.
Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area at all times.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Process orders accurately through POS systems and manage billing efficiently.
Collaborate with the F&B team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Contribute to new drink menu development and seasonal beverage promotions.
Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a barman/mixologist in a 4- star or 5-star hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and beverage trends.
Experience in luxury service standards and guest engagement.
Valid food handling and alcohol service certification (where applicable).
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Creativity and strong mixology techniques.
Professional appearance and grooming standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Strong attention to detail and presentation.
Team player with a positive attitude.
