Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership (Primary Focus)
Own and deliver cyber security revenue targets and pipeline growth
Drive enterprise and government sales through direct selling and partnerships
Lead strategic deal pursuits, negotiations, and closures
Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and reporting
Key Account Management & Industry Networking
Manage and grow strategic enterprise, government, and institutional accounts
Build senior-level relationships with C-suite executives, CIOs, CISOs, and regulators
Represent BTN in industry forums, conferences, and partner engagements
Go-to-Market & Partner Management
Define and execute the cyber security go-to-market strategy
Develop and manage OEM, MSSP, and channel partnerships
Oversee pricing, commercial approvals, and deal structuring
Governance & Delivery Oversight
Act as commercial escalation point for key clients
Ensure customer satisfaction, renewals, and contract compliance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, computer, IT, or related field
7+ years’ experience in B2B sales, enterprise account management, or business development
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Mandatory Experience in ICT or Cyber Security sales
An existing pipeline and relations in the Cyber Security space.
Understanding of cyber security solutions and terminology.
Experience with government tenders or Enterprise Sales
