Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and building strong client relationships, ensuring expansion of our medical insurance portfolio. The role supports revenue generation by managing the full sales cycle, strengthening client engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.  

Key responsibilities: 

Generate leads and manage the full sales cycle.
Build and maintain a pipeline to meet revenue targets.
Own policy renewals and ensure client satisfaction.
Strengthen relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
Track performance and stay updated on market trends.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree and CII/COP qualification (or working towards it).
3–6 years’ sales experience in insurance/financial services.
Experience with corporate and individual clients; IPMI knowledge is an added advantage.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Proactive, client-focused, and professional.
