Responsibilities
Process and manage compensation for multiple clients with accuracy and speed.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Handle deductions, levies, and related calculations.
Support clients with system navigation and compensation-related questions.
Prepare quarterly and year‑end reports.
Deliver professional, timely, and high‑quality customer service.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in compensation, payroll taxes, or similar roles (mandatory).
Advanced or strong English level.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
Previous customer service experience.
A related degree or certification is a strong plus (Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, etc.).
