About the Role
You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing orders, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience across our online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and email
Assist customers with gift, flower orders and product recommendations
Process and follow up on orders
Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain excellent customer experience standards
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service experience is an added advantage
Comfortable using social media and online communication platforms
