Employment Type: Full-Time (Must be available to start immediately)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Completion
Coordinate order fulfillment and product availability
Customer Satisfaction
Provide professional customer service
Maintain positive customer relationships
Complaint Resolution
Handle and escalate customer complaints promptly
Ensure timely issue resolution and follow-up
Payment & Warranty Processing
Support accurate payment processing
Assist customers with warranty claims and processing
Payment Accuracy & Compliance
Ensure accuracy in payment handling and records
Adhere to company cash handling procedures
Delivery & Aftersales Support
Coordinate timely deliveries and order fulfillment
Support aftersales services including returns and exchanges
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Customer Service or a related field
Previous customer service experience in a retail environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Good computer literacy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
