Qualifications
Diploma in a business related field.
At least 1 Year of working Experience.
Exposure in a customer service, sales/credit control or call centre environment is an added advantage.
Key Skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Strong customer engagement & relationship management.
Proficiency in MS office,excel & word with proficiensy in using collection system.
Commission based salary of upto 25% of Collected Revenue.
