You will lead end-to-end project delivery, optimize delivery frameworks (Agile/Scrum hybrid), manage cross-functional teams, oversee budgets, track performance metrics, and ensure client expectations are exceeded. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement across all projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
10+ years of project and program management experience, with 5+ years leading IT or AI delivery
Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise projects on time and within budget
Strong experience with Agile delivery frameworks and the ability to tailor approaches for different clients
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications preferred
Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and client
