This role requires a professional with strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and structured problem-solving skills who can translate strategy into execution while strengthening operational performance and supporting the Group’s long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the Group CEO in shaping and executing the company’s strategic priorities.
Monitor and evaluate operational performance across the business to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Lead initiatives aimed at improving business processes, operational workflows, and cost efficiency.
Provide analytical insights and financial analysis to support business planning and operational decisions.
Lead strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives as directed by the Group CEO.
Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment of strategy and operations.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is mandatory.
MBA will be an added advantage.
Legal knowledge/ experience with commercial contracts will be an added advantage.
5 – 7 years of relevant experience in Big 4 Advisory (Strategy, Deals Advisory, Performance Improvement, or Consulting), or
Demonstrated experience advising organizations on Strategy formulation and execution
