Role Description
We are seeking a professional, organized, and highly presentable Front Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to maintain a welcoming and efficient front office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments. Must be Proficient in ICT and Office Applications
Manage appointments, schedules, and front desk records efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
Follow all organizational protocols, administrative procedures, and instructions from management.
Handle client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Professional Conduct & Grooming Standards
Candidates must maintain excellent personal grooming and hygiene at all times.
Hair must be neat, clean, and professionally styled.
Clothing must be formal, modest, and professional, suitable for a corporate environment.
Shoes must be clean, closed, and appropriate for professional office wear.
Overall appearance must reflect professionalism, respectability, and attention to detail, as the receptionist represents the image of the organization.
