Your main responsabilities are the following (evolving and non exhaustive list) :
Contribute to the preparation of project proposals by coordinating inputs from programme teams, technical advisors, HQ and partners, ensuring timely and compliant submission in line with the mission’s proposal development plan ;
Support effective grant management by facilitating coordination meetings and contributing to the timely preparation of donor narrative and financial reports while ensuring compliance with donor and SIF requirements ;
Assist the Head of Mission and Programme Coordinator in strengthening resource mobilisation through donor mapping, preparation of briefing materials, and support to engagement with in-country donor representatives ;
Strengthen programme teams’ capacities by providing guidance and training on SIF and donor guidelines, proposal development, and reporting processes ;
Provide occasional support to finance, administration and logistics functions, including assistance with budget monitoring, documentation, and procurement procedures to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.
Profile
Minimum Experience : At least 1 year experience in proposal, project, or programme development, reporting, or grants management in an INGO ;
Good knowledge of donor rules, regulations, and procedures including but not limited to UN agencies, and European donors and US EU funding mechanisms ;
Very good organisational skills, anticipation, respect of planning and deadlines ;
Ability to plan workload and demonstrate accountability and proactivity for outputs ;
Fluent English essential.
