We’re looking for a warm, outgoing, proactive, professional Guest Relations officer to deliver exceptional customer service.
Meet & Greet – Welcome guests with a personalized, friendly service
Answer all guest enquiries, questions
Manage check-ins
Handle activity and excursion bookings and follow through until completion
Coordinate with other key departments to ensure smooth stays
Guest transfer planning
Restaurant reservations
Requirements:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Passion for hospitality & attention to detail
Strong organizational & multi-tasking abilities
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
