Job Description
To oversee daily gym operations, ensure a safe and welcoming environment for members and guests, and lead the gym team to deliver excellent service and fitness experiences.
Supervise daily gym operations and staff schedules
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of gym equipment
Monitor member usage and enforce gym rules and safety guidelines
Provide basic fitness guidance and assist members when needed
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally
Conduct equipment checks and report faults or maintenance needs
Support onboarding and training of gym attendants/instructors
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Maintain accurate records (attendance, incidents, equipment logs)
Qualifications
Certificate or diploma in Fitness, Sports Science, or related field
First Aid and CPR certification (mandatory or added advantage)
Previous gym or fitness center experience, preferably in a supervisory role
