Key Responsibilities

Lead the flavors commercial organization across Africa, overseeing a regional leadership team and in-market commercial structures
Define and execute the Africa commercial and growth strategy within ADM’s Flavors business
Drive profitable revenue growth and expand market share across the region
Identify and lead strategic growth initiatives, including partnerships, joint ventures, and new market entry models
Strengthen customer engagement across key segments in food ingredients
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, regionally distributed leadership team

Strategic Impact

Position Africa as a core growth engine within ADM’s Flavors division
Partner cross-functionally to further develop regional infrastructure, including supply chain and manufacturing capabilities 

Profile

Senior commercial leader with experience in food ingredients / flavors / B2B food/ beverages sector
Proven track record in driving growth beyond core sales (e.g., partnerships, JVs, market development)
Strong leadership experience managing regional leaders
Ability to operate strategically while staying close to market and customer needs
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with exposure to executive-level interactions
Readiness for a frequent international travel
Fluent in English; French is an advantage
