Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all HR functions across multiple branches.   
Implement and monitor performance management systems and staff productivity.   
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff deployment across the branch network.   
Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.   
Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and internal HR policies.   
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.   
Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, and staff records.   
Support leadership in organizational development and workforce planning.   
Drive staff engagement, retention, and performance improvement initiatives.   
Provide regular HR reports and insights to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.   
Minimum 3 years’ HR experience in microfinance or microcredit sector (mandatory).   
Higher Diploma in HRM / CHRP certification (mandatory).   
Registered Member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).   
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.   
Experience managing HR operations across multiple branches is an added advantage.   
Strong leadership and people management skills.   
Excellent knowledge of HR processes and labour laws.   
Strong performance management and disciplinary handling skills.   
High level of integrity and confidentiality.   
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   
Analytical and results-driven mindset.
