What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Keep the Lights (and POS) On

Own first- and second-line support across POS, ERP, pharmacy systems, and inventory platforms
Ensure card payments, barcode scans, and receipt prints work every single time
Support store openings with clean system rollouts

Debug Like a Pro

Diagnose root causes — not just restart-and-pray fixes
Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues with structured thinking
Escalate smartly to vendors with clean issue logs and clear articulation
Reduce repeat incidents through pattern recognition

Own the Network Layer

Maintain LAN/WAN connectivity across branches
Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points
Ensure CCTV and basic security infrastructure stay online
Validate backups and recovery protocols4. Hardware & Asset Discipline
Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
Maintain a clean, up-to-date IT asset register
Track warranties, licenses, and renewals
 Standardize device configurations across branches

Protect the Stack

Enforce password and access control discipline 
Maintain endpoint protection and antivirus compliance 
Support data protection and basic cybersecurity controls
Minimize exposure, reduce risk, tighten systems

What We’re Looking For

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years hands-on IT support experience (retail or healthcare is a plus)
Experience with POS and ERP environments
Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP — you speak fluent packets)
Comfort in Windows environments and basic server management
Vendor coordination experience CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a bonus; but practical troubleshooting skills matter more.
