DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing and managing the Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) plan and its implementation
Performing engineering analysis and ensuring lowest machine energy and spares consumption
Lead in equipment breakdown analysis, troubleshooting and implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Optimizing equipment efficiencies through adherence to maintenance schedules Customer Return & Quality Documentation
Maintaining & managing engineering standards and procedures to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production and maintain product
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Science/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
At-least 3- 5 year(s) relevant experience in beverage industry, more specifically hands on experience in troubleshooting blow moulders, filler, labeller and accompanying utility equipment
Machine Safety Training and awareness or any related
Experience responding quickly to line stoppages and minimizing machine downtime
Time management
Attention to detail; especially critical in preventive maintenance and
Computer literacy
Leadership skills
