Job Description
To manage the reconciliations team, oversee the various reconciliation portfolios and processes, and manage any complicated breaks, queries or escalations, to ensure resources are effectively allocated, all entries are matched and breaks are timeously resolved.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Finance, Business, Economics or related filed
Professional Certifications: CPA/ACCA
Experience Required
5-7 years
Intermediate knowledge and experience in;
Knowledge of payment systems
Knowledge of settlements- deals, trade transactions
Stakeholder engagements-senior level
Experience leading people
Relevant recon experience within IPSS and a thorough understanding of systems, processes and procedures to perform and manage reconciliations.
Knowledge of Machine learning, SQL/Python and use of large language models is an added advantage.
Experience in stakeholder Management.
