Pergamon Group Ltd, a fast growing ICT Company which has operations in Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania is seeking recruit young and energetic persons to fill in the above mentioned position to work in its Kenyan office.
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive to expand our reseller network and enhance market presence in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard resellers, dealers, and strategic partners.
Drive revenue growth through partner and reseller channels (not direct selling).
Expand market coverage in key regions like Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and other emerging markets.
Provide product training and ongoing support to channel partners on POS, banking, and tax solutions.
Monitor, track, and report partner performance and sales pipeline activity.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years of B2B sales, channel management, or distribution experience
Proven ability to develop and manage strategic business relationships
Strong negotiation, communication, and
stakeholder management skills
Self-driven and target oriented.
Willingness to travel across regions
