Ideal Candidates:
Reflective, adaptable educators who possess a deep understanding of adolescent development and can create a classroom environment that balances freedom of thought with structured learning outcomes, as well as possess an understanding of mastery-based teaching and learning.
Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education (required)
Valid TSC Number and minimum two (2) years’ teaching experience (Kenyan applicants) or minimum five (5) years’ teaching experience (international applicants)
Strong understanding of global issues, culture, and historical inquiry
Strong knowledge of literacy skills and mathematics at the middle years level.
