The Multimedia Content Producer will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality photography and video content that brings our developments to life across social media, digital platforms, brochures, presentations, media features, and project documentaries.

This role is critical in strengthening our visual storytelling, improving social media performance, and helping prospective clients experience the value of our properties before they visit.

 Content Capture (Photo & Video)

Capture high-quality photography and video of residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
Project milestones and construction progress
Lifestyle and community scenes within Tatu City
Launch events, site visits, stakeholder engagements, and corporate events
Media visits and leadership interviews
Portrait photography
Conduct on-location shoots across Tatu City and sister projects.
Capture interviews, testimonials, and documentary-style content.
Prepare and shoot B-roll and visual storytelling footage.

Editing & Post-Production

Edit photos and videos for multiple platforms and uses, including:
Social media (short-form and reels)
Website and digital campaigns
Brochures, presentations, and investor materials
Project documentaries and milestone videos
Produce content in multiple formats and aspect ratios.
Create motion graphics, titles, captions, and visual effects.
Insert closed captions, branding elements, and on-screen text.
Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and visual identity.

Content Planning & Storytelling

Develop and manage a visual content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and project milestones.
Proactively identify storytelling opportunities across Tatu City and sister projects.
Work closely with other departments to plan upcoming shoots.
Maintain an organized content library for easy access and reuse.

Production & Equipment Management

Plan shoots, including selecting appropriate equipment and locations.
Set up and dismantle cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.
Calibrate, maintain, clean, and troubleshoot equipment.
Ensure optimal sound, lighting, and composition during shoots.
Prepare backgrounds, props, and shooting environments where required.

Collaboration

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts.
Support media requirements by providing high-quality images and footage.
Work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Requirements

Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Production, Media, Photography, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in photography and videography (real estate, lifestyle, corporate, or agency experience is an advantage).
Strong portfolio demonstrating both video and photography work.
Must have proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop, Final Cut Pro (an added advantage)
Strong knowledge of camera operation and composition, lighting techniques, sound recording, photography principles, post-production workflow, motion graphics and visual effects
Ability to produce content for multiple digital formats and platforms.
Strong visual storytelling ability.
Creativity with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
Technical ability to operate, configure, and troubleshoot production equipment
