Job Description

To contribute to the implementation of adequate Credit Risk controls for complex business entities, across two main business streams inclusive of BCB and CIB, specifically focusing on risks encountered in the post-credit granting stage of the lending process by ensuring the appropriateness, applicability, consistency, validity, and enforceability of all collateral and confirming that collateral are in legal order and properly housed to secure assets in order to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: Frist Degree
Field of Study: Law or any other related field

Experience Required
1-2 years

Experience in conveyancing and bank securities in a law firm or financial institution
Knowledge with regards to security documentation specifically relating to the drafting, execution, management and custody of collateral documentation.
Knowledge of various legislative requirements particularly as it pertains to loan documentation, legal processes and the variety of collateral thar may be used
