Role Overview:
Lead strategic partnerships and manage donor relationships
Drive growth across agriculture, climate finance, and financial inclusion
Support cross-functional collaboration and regional expansion
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Economics, Finance, International Development, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, or donor engagement
Proven experience managing donor-funded projects
Strong proposal writing, budgeting, and reporting skills
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
