Role Purpose

At Nyota Njema Real Estate, we don’t just facilitate transactions, we help people build legacies. As a Portfolio Investment Associate, you will play a strategic role in connecting investors to high-growth property opportunities, expanding new markets, and cultivating high-value relationships.

As a Portfolio Investment Associate, you will connect investors to high-value property opportunities, you’ll be the bridge to our Gen Z Ownership Product: – an entry-level investment path designed to make land ownership accessible to young Kenyans. But more importantly, you will be invited to join the table. We offer a unique path where your commissions don’t just pay your bills, they allow you to leverage the same Gen Z product to secure your own piece of land! Key Responsibilities

Asset Advisory: Guide clients through real estate decisions that support long-term wealth creation and legacy-building.
Strategic Networking: Build and grow a strong client network through professional partnerships, referrals, investor forums, and digital platforms.
Market Expansion: Identify new investment opportunities and support business expansion initiatives across new demographics.
Brand Representation: Represent the Nyota Njema brand at high-level expos, corporate meetings, and strategic engagements.
Relationship Management: Nurture enduring relationships that lead to referrals, repeat business, and long-term collaborations.
Reporting & Ethics: Maintain accurate records of engagement activities while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and client trust.

What We’re Looking For

Education: A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Law, or a related field (Fresh graduates and those awaiting graduation are highly encouraged to apply).
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-driven, confident, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Communication Mastery: Strong networking skills with the ability to navigate conversations with high-net-worth individuals.
Digital Proficiency: Proficient with WhatsApp, Social Media, and CRM tools for modern client management.
Resilience: Goal-oriented with a passion for long-term impact and financial independence.
