Real Estate Sales Agent / Property Development Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent who can also support apartment/property development coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales while working closely with internal teams to support the planning, marketing, and execution of residential developments.

This role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the real estate market and property development processes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and generate leads for property sales and rentals
Market and sell apartments and other real estate units to prospective clients
Conduct property viewings and follow up on leads to close deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Property Development Support

Work closely with management on apartment development projects
Assist in market research to identify viable locations and pricing strategies
Support in project planning, sales strategy, and go-to-market execution
Provide feedback from clients to inform design and development decisions

Client Relationship Management

Offer professional advice to clients on property investment opportunities
Maintain an updated database of clients and prospects
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Marketing & Promotion

Promote properties through digital platforms, social media, and property listings
Participate in property exhibitions, site visits, and open days
Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales materials and campaigns

Reporting

Prepare and submit regular sales and pipeline reports
Track market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate sales or property development

• Proven track record in closing property sales

• Understanding of real estate market trends and property development processes

 

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of property valuation and pricing strategies

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is an added advantage

 

Additional Requirements

• Must be presentable, confident, and professional

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends for property viewings

• Experience in apartment or residential property development is a strong advantage

 

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary (Ksh 25,000 – 40,000) based on experience

• Attractive commission structure on sales closed
