Qualifications
Kenya| Full-time & Onsite
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations for a safari tour company and tour operations.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking systems.
Attention to deatail, multitasking ability, and customer-first approach.
Knowledge of East Africa destinations is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Support in processing and confirming flights reservations, hotels, and activities. • Liaise with hotels, airlines, and service providers to ensure availability and smooth delivery.
Assist in issuing hotel vouchers, itineraries, quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations to sales team.
Assist the sales team in creating itineraries based on client needs.
Address booking changes, cancellations, special requests, and emergency support.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align bookings with company processes.
Assit in keeping up-to-date digital and physical files for all reservations and related documents.
Monitor service standards, gather feedback, and help improve the process.
