About the job

The Security Supervisor is an important position that demands hard work and coordination with other team members in order to perform duties effectively. The following are the responsibilities of a Supervisor:

Protect staff of TCL
Protection of physical assets of Rendeavour
Protect Tatu City residents, tenants, and visitors
Close Protection of Rendeavour Executives and families
Provide escort duties to Rendeavour Executives and families
Respond to emergency situations, including suspicious activity, criminal behaviour, and security breaches, in accordance with laid-down security plans
Respond to fire outbreaks and coordinate with external fire responders as necessary
Provide Supervision and OJT to the Usalama Team
Coordinate with the Armed CIPU officers on security matters
Submit daily shift report to the Security Manager

Requirements

High School Certificate, minimum qualification
Prior experience as an armed security officer with a minimum of 6 years in the police force or military service
Relevant firearm license and training
Clear criminal record
Familiarity with report writing
Excellent surveillance and observation skill
